Fees

Zabayt fees

  1. Sellers: free. No listing, verification or success fee.
  2. Buyers: 1.25% of the contract's total value (contract consideration), payable to Zabayt when the transfer is signed with the developer.
  3. No fee is due if the transfer does not complete.
  4. Promoted placement, if offered, never affects verification or filters.

Other costs you may pay

  1. Developer transfer (assignment) fee, set by each developer; shown per listing with its source date, or marked unknown.
  2. Maintenance deposit and utility charges where applicable.
  3. Seller reimbursement is paid directly between the parties under the agreed process; Zabayt does not provide escrow.
