Key terms

1. Zabayt is a marketplace and transfer-coordination service, not the developer, a lender or an escrow agent.
2. Sellers confirm they hold, or are authorised over, the contract and that information supplied is accurate.
3. Verification covers only the stated documents and dates; it is not a valuation or legal opinion.
4. Assignments require developer approval. An accepted offer or electronic acceptance is not completion.
5. Buyer success fee: 1.25% of contract value, due at signed transfer.
6. Listings must be reconfirmed periodically and are paused automatically when availability is stale.
