Summary

1. We collect contact details, unit and contract information, and documents you upload.
2. Documents are stored privately; only you and authorised Zabayt reviewers can open them, through short-lived links.
3. Public listings never show your name, phone, ID or documents.
4. We use your data to verify listings, match buyers, progress cases and meet legal obligations. We do not sell it or send it to general analytics.
5. You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting us. Some records are kept for the legally required period.
6. Operator legal name, registration and address: pending, to be completed before launch.
